recently, in Palestine and the Arab region, there have been many new contracts and legal relations, which need to be analyzed and rooted in order to comply with their terms and conditions and their effects, and to determine the legal nature of these relations and the legal implications resulting from this characterization and adaptation, on the rights and obligations arising from those relationships and contracts, and clarifies the limits of dealing with them and their provisions, and even results in effects and results are different from their counterparts of transactions and contracts similar to them.

perhaps the most important model that we are studying in this regard is the nature of the legal relationship of the ownership of shares in the system of time-sharing (time ownership), which is being used under specific time periods, with exposure to the legislative framework governing this contractual system, and the extent ; as well as the extent to which the palestinian legislator is qualified to organize, and the extent of its adequacy, and ways to explore its surroundings, while advising the palestinian legislator to issue legislation on time ownership that achieves the desired economic and legal objective, while achieving the necessary legal protection for the contractors.
