Abstract EN

This study discusses the effect of the repentance of the offender committing the crime of marginalization in the abrogation of his limitation in Islamic law, by extrapolating the legal evidence and jurisprudential statements in the Qur'an and Sunnah, and in the books of fiqh, hadith, commentaries and fatwas, and discussing these evidence in two parts: : by responding to total assets.

the study came in a preface and two chapters, the preface covered the general concepts of research, the place of agreement, and the difference between jurists in the matter.

the first part included the statements on the issue, its evidence and its discussion.

the second section included the researcher's opinion on the question.

and the need to link the issue with its total assets.

the study recommended the importance of conducting community studies that show the extent to which the total assets are achieved by saying, the weighty matter when the procedural application of the judiciary, and the need to amend the correct opinion in order to achieve total assets, and partial texts tolerate.
