Abstract EN

This study, tagged with: Sharia policy and its applications in dealing with the offender, described the concept of sharia policy according to the advanced and contemporary jurists, then mentioned the definition chosen, and then began to establish the concept of sharia policy where there is no text depending on common and legislative plans, as approbation, the vested interest and the filling of pretexts (reasons), and tradition.

It has also presented the contemporary applications of the Shariah policy in dealing with the offendr, then concluded by mentioning the most important findings of the researcher, the most important recommendations.
