Abstract EN

The study aimed to investigate the role of school administration in improving the Performance of the educational counselors work in Arabic schools in Galilee and Negeb regions.

The study sample consisted of (012) educational counselors.

The study followed the descriptive survey methodology by building a questionnaire consisted of (43) items.

The study found that the role of school administration in improving the Performance of the educational counselors work in Arabic schools in Galilee and Negeb regions was large.

Also there was no statistical significant difference in the role of school administration in improving the Performance of the educational counselors work in Arabic schools in Galilee and Negeb regions due to gender and academic qualification, and there were statistical significant differences according to the years of experience, in favor of 10 years and more.
