Abstract EN

This study investigated the extent to which the requirements of strategic planning are achieved at AlZaytoonah University of Jordan from the perspective of its faculty members.

The study adopted the descriptive survey method.

The sample of the study consisted of 117 faculty members at AlZaytoonah University of Jordan during the academic year of 2018-2019.

For the purpose of this study a questionnaire was designed consisting of 35 items pertaining to the four requirements of strategic planning.

These requirements include human resources requirements, management requirements, logistics requirements and material requirements.

The findings of this study reveal that the four requirements of strategic planning are achieved to a considerable extent.

In addition, the findings prove the lack of any significant statistical differences (α≤0.05) in the participants’ responses regardless of the participant’s faculty, academic rank or administrative position.

According to the results of this study, the researcher has presented some recommendations.
