Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the effects of studying habits on the academic achievement of students at princess rahma college at Al-Balqa Applied university, fulfilling this studies requirements the researcher have used a survey to quantify studying habits specifically for social service students , special education and criminology.

The sample was composed of (200) students both males and females that have been chosen randomly from the entire study community composed of (920) students, after referring to (auma) schedule that specifically clarifies the sample in regard to the total community size ( marginal inaccuracy 5% ), after running a statistical analysis for survey results, a correlation between studying habits and academic achievement with a denotation of ( 0.05>a) in addition to gender driven deviations at ( 0.05>a) between calculation medians for study pool in females favor in addition to deviation at the same denotation in regard of the fourth educational year .

no deviations were noted in regard of major, and based on the results the study finds enhancing students knowledge about the most important studying habits through educational conferences and lectures crucial for development.
