Abstract EN

It is widely known that in the approach of Imam Shafi'i in the acceptance the ‘Hadith’: "the narrator of the Hadith must be highly trusted in his religion, well known in his honesty, and to be memorizing what he qoutes, keeping his book if he wanted to narrate from his book, If he joins with others in the narration of the hadeeth, he agrees with them.

Al - Shafi'i 's book, Al’Om is one of his books that content his Fiqih sayings and opinions, as well as his justifications to others on what he has been proven by the Hadith .

The familiar with his ‘narratives’ in Al’Om book finds that he justifies some of them in weak sayings .

In this paper the researcher has selected one of the narrators, Isshaq bin Abdullah bin Abi Farwa, where most of the scholars agreed to leave, but this attempt to determine the approach of Imam Shafi'i in his Hadith, and is he really opposed Shafi’i in the Hadith conditions ?! Or he had a special approach ? and what are the justifications that made him accept the Hadith of Ibn Abi Farwa ?, the researcher has chosen the Al’Om book as an example.
