Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the quality of educational services provided by the Islamic University from the point of view of students, and verify the extent of the difference of this degree according to the academic programs.

The results of the study were based on a questionnaire consisting of (33) paragraphs divided into four fields: quality of teaching, student assessment, academic guidance, library services, The indicators of validity and reliability of the scale were extracted and it was found to have good psychometric characteristics.

The results of the study showed that the degree of student satisfaction with educational services is good.

The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of student satisfaction due to the academic program in the overall performance on the scale.

The researcher recommends using the tool in its final form by the university administration in evaluating the educational services provided to students, as well as in detecting the professional needs of faculty members and working on developing them through the establishment of a special center for the development of faculty members.
