This research highlights the leading role of the people who memorize the Quran in the renaissance and development of the Muslim Umma.

It discusses the most important features of the Quran which lead to the upbringing of a distinguished Quranic generation characterized by strong religious faith and behavior, deep understanding, constant activity, and a collective moral spirit.

The research defines the nature of the people who memorize and serve the Quran.

It further stresses the importance of recognizing the mission of the people who memorize the Quran in enlightening the nation and protecting people from moral and spiritual degradation.

This mission includes duties of leadership, guidance, consultation, education and the elevation of the public morale with focus on a promising and optimistic future perspective.

In conclusion, the research discusses the expected results if the people of the Quran uphold their duties, namely connecting people to their faith both in terms of ideology and practice, achieving a state of positive social change, and educating more Quranic generations.
