Medically assisted procreation is a clinical and biological practice that allows fertilization outside of the natural process, intended to meet the demand of couples suffering from clinically diagnosed infertility.
This process has allowed infertile couples to ensure their own offspring.
Arouses a lot of interest from scientists but also from lawyers because it raises a lot of ethical issues that have driven many states, including Algeria even lately.
to legislate in this area to frame these practices and prevent any drift especially in the face of today's scientific revolutions.

RESUMELa procréation médicalement assistée est une pratique clinique et biologique qui permet la fécondation en dehors du processus naturel, destinée pour répondre à la demande de couples soufrant d'infertilité médicalement diagnostiqué.
Ce procédé qui a permis aux couples infertile d'assurer leur propre progéniture, suscite beaucoup d'intérêt de la part des scientifiques mais aussi des juristes, car il soulève beaucoup de problèmes éthiques qui ont poussé plusieurs Etats, dont l'Algérie même tardivement, à légiférer dans ce domaine pour encadrer ces pratiques et empêcher toutes dérives surtout devant les révolutions scientifiques de nos jours.
