لم يتوقف التطور في مجال المعلوماتية على الجانب التقني بل امتد ليشمل تأثيرها على خصوصيات الإنسان و حقه في التمتع بحياته الخاصة لاسيما مع زيادة مجال استخدام الحواسيب و الانترنت في المؤسسات العمومية و الخاصة في إطار المعالجة الآلية للمعطيات الشخصية كرقم البطاقة الوطنية أو المعطيات الصحية أو الجينية مما ازدادت معه مخاوف الاعتداءات على هذه المعطيات الأمر الذي تطلب تبني المشرع الجزائري إطار حمائي من خلال إصداره قانون حماية الأشخاص الطبيعيين في مجال معالجة المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي رقم (07-18)
Abstract EN
The development in the field of informatics has not stopped on the technical side, but extended to include its impact on the privacy of the person and his right to enjoy his private life, especially with the increase in the use of computers in public and private institutions in the framework of automatic processing of personal data such as national card number or health or genetic data, With the fears of attacks on these data, which required the adoption of the Algerian legislator protection framework through the issuance of the law on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data No (18-07).
