The desire of the Algerian legislator to protect the consumer of digital products in general and the consumer of digital services in particular, the law came in 18-05 related to e-commerce containing provisions for protection mechanisms of a special type, whether before the conclusion of the electronic contract or in the implementation phase as it is the weak party in the contractual relationship, so the study seeks to try Highlighting the most important of these protection mechanisms and their adequacy to ensure effective protection towards the consumer of digital services Comparing it with some e-commerce legislation.
