Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to project the development of which the operator is the technology in Algeria which has become a strategic necessity aiming at the construction of an industrial and technological base allowing the satisfaction of the national needs in various commodities and benefits.

For the purpose of carrying out this study the researchers began by elaborating a detailed and precise study on Algerian companies as a sample that fits into the operations of technological mastery and their roles in economic development.

We find that the scientific and technological strategic merit that accurately specifies the clear objectives and requires profoundly studied within the technology transfer for the encouragement of investment in research and the continuous training of the human resources and the reinforcement of the competences local.
