The study's problem was mainly about identifying the political and economic implications of the emerging corona virus pandemic on the international political and economic systems.

The aim of the study was to clarify the concept of the emerging corona virus pandemic, and then to monitor and track the political and economic impact of the pandemic on the international political and economic systems, as well as to try to predict the future picture of the international system after the pandemic.

The study used the "systems analysis" methodology.

The study produced several results: The fragility of the major liberal political systems whose health systems have been unable to stop the spread and expansion of the new corona virus.

Moreover, it is the winners of the crisis who will shape the new international order.
