Abstract EN

In this study we investigated the castigation questioning for the instructional staff and their assistants of the governmental universities of Yemen through displayed the duties of this social issue, and clarify the advantages and disadvantage of this castigation Rule, and show and analysest instructional staff he procedures.

Then speaking about the grantees of castigation question for the instructional staff and his assistant that are : the investigation, the defense right, the causing of castigation questioning the decision and finally the resort right in that decision.

The research plan was gone as: - The first conference : Castigation contravening - The second conference : The procedures of castigation questioning.

- the third conference : Grantees of castigation question for the instructional staff and their assistants.

The most important findings are : - Both the member of the instructional staff and his assistant are responsible to do two duties, the first is general duties and the second is specific duties.

- The member of the instructional staff and his assistant have grantees at the castigation questioning.

- The most aberration of the castigation questioning rule for the instructional staff and their assistants is the University rector has not Castigation authorities against them.
