The study showed that the factory Alentemaa to the plastic industries suffer from low in the exploitation of potential of existing output capacity has and what are reasons that led him to this case.

In the light of the data accumulated by the plant , statistical analysis was used to see if there was a statistically significant effect of the reality of capacity utilization.

The study recommended finally to address the reality of the production capacities of the plant to adhere to the program timetable to replace that took use a specific time as well as commit to program regular maintenance and preventive purpose to preserve the efficiency of machines and equipment used in the plant in addition to the need to create the raw materials new times agred by.

The study also recommended the need to agree with a consulting office to conduct an annual review of the efficiency of the performance to see the reality problems suffered by the factory and ways to address them .
