The study aims in general to detect the presence of significant differences between top students and students with mental ordinary, in the five dimensions of personal and social consensus, and in the total score as well.

Includes the study sample 120 students of secondary school students (60 students ahead mentally, and 60 students normal), and that of a group of secondary school in Jeddah, The study used the following tools: a measure of psychological adjustment of social - Torrance Test of thinking creative - IQ test to Binet's fourth.

The most important results and there are significant differences between top students and students with mental ordinary in the overall degree of compatibility in personal and social dimensions of the various (and subjective health, family, social and school).
