By combining frequency-uniform decomposition with Lp(ℓq), we introduce a new class of function spaces (denoted by Xp,qs).

Moreover, we study the Cauchy problem for the generalized NLS equations and Ginzburg-Landau equations in Lr(0,T;Xp,1s).
