Abstract EN

Higher education plays an important role in building the economy and knowledge society on a global level.

The link between higher education and its contribution to economic development strategies will only be achieved through the formation of young people who are qualified to adapt to the requirements of the social and economic environment; on the one hand and the promotion of partnership on the other.

Within this context, the openness of the university to the economic environment becomes a necessary priority for achieving the set of scientific and pedagogical goals and accompanying towards career guidance.

In this article, we will attempt to assess the suitability of these objectives to the requirements of the labor market.

according to the views of the university professor.

we applied the descriptive approach and condemned the form on a sample of 60 professor.

the results indicate that quality assurance in higher education requires good employment production and communication.

The possibilities of guaranteeing the quality of higher education are not impossible, which is likely to shift towards better quality in decision-making and performance efficiency.
