هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التمكين الإداري في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بسكرة حيث إستخدمت إستبانة وزعت على (50) عامل بمؤسسة محل الدراسة و كان عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة (42) إستبانة صالحة لتحليل الإحصائي وتم اعتماد على لبرنامج SPSS.
V17 من اجل اختبار نتائج فرضيات.
حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أبعاد التمكين الإداري تساهم في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بسكرة
Abstract EN
The study aimed to know the role of administrative empowerment in achieving the competitive advantage of the Algerian Telecom in Biskra, where a questionnaire was used and distributed to (50) workers at the institution under study.
In order to test the results of hypotheses.
As the study found that the dimensions of administrative empowerment contribute to achieving a competitive advantage in a telecommunications organizationAlgeria Biskra.
