هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على علاقة المناخ التنظيمي بالرضا الوظيفي في المؤسسات التعليمية و تماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع المدروس تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي و الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من الميدان.
شملت عينة الدراسة 210 أستاذ و أستاذة من مقاطعة الرباح ولاية الوادي تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة و خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي و الرضا الوظيفي.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to identify the Relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the educational institutions in accordance with the nature of the studied subject.
The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for collecting data.
The study was administered to 210 teachers who were chosen randomly from Robbah region province of El-Oued.
The findings of the study showed that there a relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction
