ساد نقاش طويل بين مختلف المفكرين حول الحاجات البشرية و الموارد و طبيعة التنمية الأبحاث اليوم عمقت النقاش ليشمل المحتوى المائي و التجارة.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تبيان حدود و أبعاد تجارة المياه الافتراضية هذا المفهوم يوظف في التجارة الدولية لأجل إعادة النظر في تخصيص الموارد المائية و رفع كفاءة استخدامها بين الدول و لكن بالمقابل تثار حوله عدة مخاوف تتعلق بأمن إمداد المياه و الغذاء و مدى فعالية و درجة انتشار هذه التجارة عالميا.
تم اقتراح المفهوم من طرف العالم آلان لأول مرة سنة 1993 و بعد حصوله على جائزة ستوكهولم للمياه سنة 2008 زاد الاهتمام بالموضوع خاصة في الجانب المتعلق بأنماط هذا النوع من التجارة و جدوى هذه التجارة في تقليص الطلب على المياه المحلية.
من جهتنا حاولنا المساهمة في الإثراء المعرفي في أحد جوانب الموضوع مركزيين على جانبين مهمين هما الأبعاد و الحدد من خلال اتباعنا للمنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
Abstract EN
There has been a long debate between human needs, resources and the nature of development.
Today's research has deepened the debate to include water content and trade.This research aims to identify the limits and dimensions of the virtual water trade.This concept isused in international trade to reconsider the allocation of water resources and increase the efficiency of their use among countries.
The concept was first proposed by the scientist Alan in 1993,and after receiving the Stockholm Water Prize in 2008.Interest in the subject has increased.
For our part, we have tried to contribute to the enrichment of knowledge in one aspect of the subject focusing two important aspects: dimensions and limitations, through our descriptive analytical approach.
