Abstract EN

In light of the biological warfare that the world is nowadays witnessing, the Covid-19, as the opening salvo, has become a game changer for many health systems worldwide, particularly those that lack digitalization in the health field since major difficulties have been encountered in facing the Coronavirus crisis.

Accordingly, it has become necessary for the administration to move away from the old pattern of decision-making, which brings with it a number of negative elements, and, therefore, adopt the new pattern based on administrative decision-making under the E-administration, so as to avoid mistakes and save time.

It also goes without saying that development in the health management could not be achieved without an E-administration which affects the administrative decision-making within the health facility through the electronic planning process by defining what is intended to be done immediately and in the future.

This should depend on information flow from inside and outside the health institution, following a joint cooperation between the top and the bottom, and help decision-makers identifying all the potential held by the public health facility and managers taking the right decision at the right time.
