Abstract EN

The study aimed to review the most important signs of success of sukuk to finance global budget deficit in Algeria.

In order to achieve this target, we have relied on the descriptive and analytical approach.

The importance of the study lies in trying to suggest the ideal alternative to reduce the financial deficit that Algeria has been suffering from for more than ten years.

The results indicate that the possibility of Islamic sukuk success is read or inferred through the people's refusal to interact with traditional financial tools and formulas that clash with their religious belief on the one hand.

On the other hand, the tremendous demand by investors for Islamic sukuk globally, especially in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia.

Nevertheless, this security is still facing several obstacles, perhaps the most prominent of which is the lack of recognition by the legislator.
