تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على منتجات الهندسة المالية و تداولها عبر مختلف الأسواق المالية العالمية.
خاصة بعد الجدل الكبير الذي أثير حول هذه المنتجات خلال و بعـد الأزمة المالية العالمية لسـنة 2008 و انقسام الآراء بين مؤيد و معارض لها.
لذا نسعى إلى توضيح الصورة من خلال تحليل و دراسة تطور هذه المنتجات و كذا استخداماتها عبر مختلف الأسواق المالية.
و لتحقيق هذا الغرض قمنا بالاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن التعامل بمنتجات الهندسة المالية زاد بشكل كبير خلال السنوات الماضية وأن الأزمة المالية لم تؤثر على تداول هذه المنتجات حيث أن معظم العقود التي يتم ابرامها تكون لغرض المضاربة و تحقيق الأرباح.
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to shed light on financial engineering products and their trading across various global financial markets.
Especially after the considerable debate that arose over these products during and after the global financial crisis of 2008, and the division of opinions between supporters and opponents of them.
Therefore, we seek to clarify the visibility by analyzing and studying the development of these products, as well as their uses in different financial markets.
To achieve this purpose, we used the descriptive and analytical method.
This study concluded that dealing in financial engineering products has increased considerably over the past years and that the financial crisis has not affected the circulation of these products, with most of the contracts concluded being for speculation and for the achieving profits.
