This study aims to shed light on the problem of aligning higher education outputs with the requirements of the labor market in Algeria in light of the current economic changes, where the most important programs and devices that the state has set out in order to reduce the phenomenon of university graduate unemployment have been highlighted, and the study has reached many results The most important of them is the necessity of setting a comprehensive development plan that affects all sectors in Algeria and outside Algeria in order to create permanent and productive jobs.
