The novelty Corona pandemic gives rise to conceptual controversy in terms of approach to general legal provisions, which reveals firm principles that govern the contractual transactions between persons, through the provisions of the promise to contract, and the provisions of the principle of the binding force of the contract, this pandemic also results in the suspension of some provisions laid down by the law of civil and administrative procedures and the activation of other provisions, either the holding of the judicial proceeding and its resumption, or during the period of legal remedies, or during the executive stage of the final judicial titles, in addition, this pandemic requires the proper application of the relevant civil and procedural legal provisions, by activating the role of justice at its discretion, which should link the pandemic on the one hand, and the transaction or procedure on the other.
