Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to identify the extent to which knowledge management processes contribute to the prediction of organizational excellence among the employees of the National Electricity and Gas Corporation in the West of Algeria (Sonlegaz Foundation).

To achieve the objective of the study, the questionnaire was used as a key tool in data collection, and the empirical analysis was used using the Amos-22 package for analysis.

The results showed that the five-dimensional knowledge management variable (application of knowledge, knowledge distribution, knowledge storage, knowledge acquisition, and knowledge diagnosis) contributes to predicting the four-dimensional organizational excellence variable (strategic excellence, organizational structure, leadership excellence.

) The study concluded with a discussion and recommendations.
