Abstract EN

This project deals whit the visit of the general minister Mr NAEGELEN to the region of sétif in 1950, It has got affair with the work of the general government of visiting the three department and the inauguration of some different amenities in the sake of people in education, health and housing.it also comes after he was installed in the position and confidence in him by the colonial authorities , throught which he seeks to improve his image among the people after rigging the 1948 elections , in which the administration stood with the old people his attempt to win everyone confidence to return to political activism again.
