تعتبر قبائل أولاد نايل من المكونات الأساسية للمجتمع الجزائري و البحث في أصولها الشريفة و مآثرها ومواقفها البطولية خلال الفترة الاستعمارية يهم كل الجزائريين كما يهمهم أيضا معرفة مرجعياتهم الروحية و كذا خصائصهم وعاداتهم و تقاليدهم بالإضافة إلى التحولات التي عرفوها مرغمين خلال فترة الاحتلال و التي كادت أن تقضي على أهم خصوصية من خصوصياتهم (تربية الماشية و البداوة و الترحال).
لولا تشبثهم العميق بجذورهم و طقوسهم المعيشية التي جعلتهم أكثر منأى عن التأثيرات الاستعمارية بمختلف أشكالها لكان واقعهم اليوم مختلف كل الاختلاف.
هذه المعطيات و أخرى تخص النبل و الشهامة و الاقدام و بعض العوامل المؤثرة باعتراف الفرنسيين أنفسهم.
Abstract EN
Awlad Nayel's Union of Tribes one of the essential components of Algerian society, and the search for its origins, exploits and positions during the colonial period interests all Algerians, because it is also important for them to know their spiritual references, as well as their characteristics, customs and traditions.
In addition to the transformations, which almost destroyed the most important of their specificities.
Without their deep attachment to their roots and rituals that made them immune to various forms of colonial influence, their reality today would be very different.
