Our goal in this article is to demonstrate the impact of training on the quality of health care services.

we concluded that good training improves performance, reduces medical errors, and performs work correctly from the first time, which contributes to lower costs and patient satisfaction.

Thus contributing to an increase in the quality of health-care services.

Accordingly, our research hypothesis of "improving the quality in the training process leads to a 100% improvement in the quality of the healthcare services provided" is fulfilled.
