Abstract EN

This Study Aims To highlight some Styles and Forms of The Maghreb Script on Algerian manuscripts in the Ottoman period; And that by studying an Algerian manuscript as an example; We describe Forms of writing letters in it, and make notes about their writing styles.

And the motives for using these styles.

This Study concluded that this example included a variety of forms and styles of writing letters, imposed by many motives, often related to either the skill of the calligrapher or the writing materials.

This indicates that the Maghreb Script in Algeria was at that time a degree of perfection and interest.

As long as it contains all this diversity in writing styles.
