Abstract EN

This study aims at highlighting the influence of ICT in the interaction between the main actors of international politics (States), the nature of international structure and the nature of power.

This paper claims that the internalization of ICT in the realm of international politics has led to emergence of new ordering principles of the international system (cyberspace), new forms of power rather than material power (cyper power) and new kind of threats (non Software-based attacks).

The research confirms the institutionalist hypothesis: it shows the extent to which the security and ICT become inextricable.
