لقد أصبحت تنمية الكفاءات ضرورة ملحة في المؤسسات المعاصرة لأنها السبيل المؤدي إلى بناء معارف و مهارات و خبرات الموارد البشرية عن طريق تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي تعتبر من أبرز التطبيقات الإدارية الحديثة.
إن تطبيق التدريب الالكتروني يعد فرصة متميزة للارتقاء بأداء المؤسسة من خلال أنماط و طرق غير تقليدية تقوم بتعبأة الكفاءات لمواجهة التغيرات الحاصلة في بيئة الأعمال.
Abstract EN
The development of competencies has become an urgent necessity in modern institutions.
It is considred as a way for building knowledge, skills, and experience of human resources through Information Technology (IT) applications, which is one of the most modern administrative applications.
The application of electronic training is an exceptional opportunity to improve the performance of the institution.
Moreover, it is a tool for enhancing human resources and develops their performance.
