The study aims at identifying the role of organizational innovation as one of the latest management practices in achieving an outstanding performance which is a fundamental requirement in light of strong competition from companies.

This approach will be in light of the European model of excellence management.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the creative approach is the basic foundation upon which the management of the institution depends on achieving its objectives and carrying out its effort with outstanding performance.

The study presented some suggestions, most important of which is the need to rely on organizational creativity as the first source in implementing a culture of excellence in the employees and qualifying them by disseminating important information, sensitivity to problems, flexibility, ability to analyze and implement an effective reward system for all those who innovate in their work and perform excellence
