Especially as the human resource has become the rare and distinct currency of the trade-off between institutions in light of the increasing competitive advantage that this era is witnessing.

This article aims to know the importance of training and developing human resources and its role in achieving the organizational effectiveness of the institution, by answering the following question: How does human resources training contribute to achieving the effectiveness of the organizational institution?
