The study aims to highlight the importance of monitoring the management of sports facilities as one of the most effective control systems that contribute to the development of administrative methods of management, in order to achieve the established objectives of the facility by relying on traditional and modern management control tools to improve the administrative performance of sportsinstitutions.

we chose the descriptive and analytical approach best suited to the study community consisting of 19 neighborhood sports complexes in the Wilayat of M'sila.

As for the sample, due to the limited size of the study population, the comprehensive inventory method was chosen.
