Abstract EN

The strategy adopted by the football system in Germany and France to get out of the problem of low level of sports results has made them interested in talented young people through training and investment.

How did the German and French model achieve this success? Can it be applied to Algerian sport? Therefore, this study aimed to identify the German and French model of caring for talented people in the sport of football and try to propose them as two achievable models in Algeria through the descriptive analysis of many field research and press files written in this regard.

The study found that the secret to the success of German and French football lies in the discovery of talent at a very early age, interest in it and care and accompany them in training at the highest possible level of professionalism.

But despite this success, we have found it necessary to establish legal rules to protect talented people from commercial investment of their talents and from conflicts of interest between many systems such as clubs, football bodies and national teams that interfere in training and in connecting players to employers.
