Abstract EN

The study aims to conduct a statistical test of the impact of the quality of career (security and career stability, balance between personal and career life, participation in decision-making, wages and rewards) on the performance of members of the faculty of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Al-Shalf University on a sample of 43 professors.

by Using the analytical descriptive approach and adopt the resolution as a data collection tool.

Among the most notable findings of the study is a statistically significant influence relationship between the job quality practices and the pedagogical performance of the research, between no impact of the job quality practices on the teaching performance and the service of the research practitioners of their community.
