Abstract EN
The spread of electronic information processing systems in the modern era has created electronic financial transactions in the world based on these modern systems.
Therefore, the rapid development of modern electronic transactions has led to the elimination of traditional methods in all transactions of daily life, and making the traditional signature and manual transactions a secondary marginal issue, and no longer have a place with this enormous technological development.
Therefore, the practical reality created a systematic and secure alternative to the traditional signature, which is the same legal function of the traditional signature, and this new alternative become able to have a certain secret number, or a specific symbol, which is called “electronic signature”.
