Variations of style and behavior of both complainer and reproached reflect reasons provoking disagreeable conduct.

Constructions vary from classical forms to informal dialogues, not necessarily following the same tone or manner.

Aside from seeking to rectify the situation, the complainer mainly specifies inappropriate behavior.

The greater part of the documents are ostraca and papyri.

The subject matter is concentrated on how people linguistically composed their reactions to unpleasant situations.

Varied text types were added to the corpus with the aim that more diverse material would allow exploring aspects of behavioural attitudes.

In an attempt to understand the two sides of conversations, two basic points were taken into account; sentence structure expressing dissatisfaction and consideration of the response.
