Abstract EN

The study aims at identifying the Common stressful live situations , what are the differences between the gender , martial status, Identifying the common sleep disorders , what are the differences between the gender, martial status, and their the relations to stressed survival situations and sleep disorders at Al-Aqsa University students in Gaza .

The sample consisted of (200) male and female student .The researcher used two questionnaires.

Using the frequencies, percentages t-Test.

The study showed the following results: The most common of stress survival situations were arranged in the following order: emotional, study, personality, health, economic, family, and social.

Sleep disorders were hypersomnia disorders, Sleep–Wake Schedule Disorders, Insomnia Disorders, night mare and terror disorder, sleep talking disorder, sleep walking disorder There are no significant differences in stress survival situations except health situations in favor of female.

There are no significant differences in sleep disorders except sleep walking, and sleep talking disorder, disorders are in favor male.

There are no significant differences in stress survival situations of married/ unmarred students, and there are no significant differences in sleep disorders of married / unmarried students except hypersomnia , somnolence, sleep – wake schedule disorders , in favor married students .
