تسلط الدراسة الضوء على بعض المحاولات التي أجريت كمؤشرات خاصة بمفهوم و مظاهر و أدلة وجود ظاهرة الانتحال و الإنتزاع و الابتزاز للحقوق بالاضافة إلى المعاني ذات الصلة التي ظهرت في المنشآت المعمارية و الأثرية فضلا عن مفاهيم و مظاهر و أدلة تغيير معالم الحقيقة التي ظهرت من خلال مظاهر التحوير و التجريد و التحويل التي إنعكست بوضوح في بعض المنشآت التراثية و بالتالي سوف تظهر هذه المنشآت المعمارية في مظهر أو شكل آخر كما ستعكس و تظهر منهجية أخرى بخلاف الفكرة الأصلية والوظيفة و الغرض الإنشائي الأصلي.
وقد ظهرت ملامح التغيير و التعديل و التحويل على بعض المنشآت المعمارية كما ظهرت أحيانا محاولات الانتحال في العمارة الاسلامية من خلال مظاهر التعدي غير المشروع للافكار أو للأغراض الوظيفية و ظهورهم في شكل آخر أو بمنهجية أخرى غير الفكرة أو الغرض الإنشائي الأصلي و يعد الإنتهاك و التعدي غير القانوني للأفكار و المفاهيم أو ما يمكن تسميته بظاهرة الإنتحال مظهرا من مظاهر التغيير في معايير و معالم الحقيقة والواقع الفعلي و الغرض الإنشائي الأصلي و هو أيضا يمثل جانبا من جوانب انتهاك حقوق الآخرين و مؤشر إلى إدعاء أو حيازة غير مشروعة و تعدي على حقوق المالك و صاحب الحيازة الأصلي للمنشآت وقد يدل الانتحال على مظهر لإدعاء أو لتملك غير شرعي لشخص ما بدون اعتراف بحق المالك و صاحب الحق الاصلي و كان الصراع السياسي على السلطة و الحكم بالاضافة إلى تحقيق المجد الشخصي للبعض من أهم أسباب الانتحال أو تغيير معالم الحقيقة والواقع الفعلي وقد إتضحت مظاهر الإنتحال للمنشآت المعمارية و إعادة نسبتها إلى شخص آخر غير مؤسسها الأصلي كما ظهرت محاولات الإنتحال للأغراض الإنشائية بقصد طمس معالم الحقيقة والواقع الفعلي و تعديل و تبديل الأغراض الوظيفية و تغييرها لكي يتم طرح البديل الذي يخدم غرض آخر لشخص أو حاكم أو لمؤسسة.
و ستتضح منهجية البحث من خلال دراسة مقارنة لتلك المفاهيم لايضاح الفروق البينية و التمايز من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على بعض النماذج المختارة من الطرز المعمارية للمنشآت التراثية و ذات الطابع التاريخي بصفة عامة و المنشآت الأثرية بصفة خاصة.
Abstract EN
The theme of this research is to highlight some of attempts have been made for achieving the concept, manifestations and evidences of the phenomenon of plagiarism, exaction and related meanings, which emerged and prevailed in architectural and archaeological structures.
In addition, the concept, manifestations and evidences of conversion, reuse and related meanings, which are reflected in some heritage structures.
Thus, these structures will appear in another form and reflect a methodology other than the original idea, function and purpose.
The illegal infringement of ideas or the so-called plagiarism is a manifestation of change in the parameters of truth, actual reality and original purpose.
As it is an aspect of the violation of the rights of others, also it is an indication of a claim or an illegitimate possession without the right of the owner and the original holder of the right.
The manifestations of the phenomenon of plagiarism and its equivalent in meaning appeared in heritage architecture through the phenomenon of exaction and re-attribution to someone other than the original founder.
It is worth mentioning that there are two complementary aspects to the current study; the first common aspect is concept of the phenomenon of plagiarism combined with exaction, whilst the second common aspect was the concept of conversion along with reuse.
This is why the models are chosen and applied to this study.
The research methodology will be addressed by comparing those concepts to clarify differences and differentiation through an applied study on selected models of architectural and archaeological structures.
