تم تقسيم عدد ٤٠٠ من الطيور إلي أربعة مجموعات.
هذه المجموعات تم تحصينها في عمر 45 يوم.
المجموعة الأولي تم تحصينها بلقاح كوليرا الطيور، الثانية بلقاح جدري الطيور، الثالثة بلقاح ممتزج من كوليرا و جدري الطيور بينما الرابعة تركت بدون أي تحصينات كضابط .
تم تقييم الاستجابة المناعية و كذلك اختبار التحدي و لوحظ أن المجموعة المحصنة باللقاح الممتزج كانت أعلي استجابة من المحصنة بلقاح الكوليرا بمفرده.
Abstract EN
Total of 400 chickens were divided into 4 groups.
These groups were vaccinated at 45 days old, the first group was vaccinated with Fowl Cholera vaccine, the second vaccinated with Pox vaccine and the third group received the combined vaccine, while the fourth left without any vaccination as control.
The Immune response was evaluated, and the challenge test was carried out.
The combined vaccine produced higher immune response against cholera disease only but without any significance against pox disease.
