تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على خلايا الإرشاد والتوجيه التي جاءت في المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 11-333 المؤرخ في 19سبتمبر2011 المحدد لكيفيات إنشائها في مؤسسات التكوين المهني و التعليم المهني و كذا اللجنة الولائية بين القطاعات و تنظيمها و سيرها كما تهدف كذلك إلى وضع تصور حول تفعيل نشاطات هذه اللجان لتحقق هدفها الأسمى و هو تحفيز الشباب للولوج إلى التكوين المهني و التحكم في مهنةثم تمكين المتخرج من مؤسسات التكوين المهني من الإدماج المهني أو بالأحرى توجيههم نحو المقاولاتية و إنشاء مؤسساتهم الخاصة في إطار المؤسسات الداعمة لذلك و إدماجهم في سوق العمل.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to identify the counselling and guidance cells provided in executive decree NO.11-333 of 19 September 2011 specified for vocational training and education as well as the state inter-sectors committee its organization and its functioning.
It also aims to develop a vision about activating the activities of these committees to achieve the goal of motivating young people to enter vocational training and control profession and thus enable the trainee in the vocational training institutions from the professional integration and the guidance towards entrepreneurship .

Cette étude se propose d’étudier les cellules d'orientation et d’orientation issues du décret exécutif n ° 11-333 du 19 septembre 2011 précisant les modalités de leur implantation dans les établissements de formation et d'enseignement professionnels, ainsi que leur organisation et fonctionnement.
Ces établissements visent à éclairer la perception sur les activités de comités intersectoriels afin d’ atteindre leur objectif, de motiver les jeunes à intégrer les centres de formation professionnelle et s'engager dans l'insertion professionnelle, ou plutôt à les orienter vers l'entrepreneuriat et à créer leurs propres entreprises.
