In this regard, this scientific article is a statement of the relevance of jurisprudential theory to the relevant sciences and arts such as Islamization, sanctification and codification, and to show the true dimension of jurisprudential theories and the extent of the need for fiqh.

And the study concluded that the doctrinal theories are no more than a new method in terms of formal presentation only.
