The human right to an adequate and clean environment is considered one of the most important human rights that are based on social solidarity between individuals, and it is the state's burden to protect these rights and to affirm their respect.

The scientific progress in the technological field has led to violations of the environment, and then an assault on human rights.

Therefore, the issue of the environment and its protection has taken a great deal of attention at the national, regional and international levels, and this is due to its close association with human, animal and plant life, which made governments and peoples tend to hold specialized conferences and workshops to discuss problems related to the environment.
