There is no doubt that the book mentioned, signed by Khurum, which caused the loss of important news from the history of the Almoravids, and it comes to news between the years 469-495 [1076- 1102 CE], Muhammad Abdullah Annan singled out texts that he quoted from manuscript papers found in the library of the al-Qarawn Mosque in Fez.

Despite the importance of these texts, Annan did not include them in the appendix to his book: “The State of Islam in Andalusia, ” and the printed copies of the book “Al-Bayan Al-Maghrib” - which we have seen - did not benefit from it.

Hence our interest in those texts, which provide important data about an accurate stage of the development of the Almoravid state.
