In this study, we focused mainly on identifying the activities of the informal sector and the mobility of its employees, in addition to identifying the factors contributing to its aggravation and its reflection on the city's urban structure.

On the one hand, it discusses and analyzes the situation of workers in the informal urban labor market, In order to take a comprehensive look at them and their problems in the light of the specificity of Algerian society.

They also pointed out the nature of the activities of the informal sector, the demographic, social and economic characteristics of workers in the informal sector and the impact of the activities of the informal sector on achieving social mobility.
