Abstract EN

Among the most important principles on which the Algerian judicial Organization is based on the principle of " independence of the judiciary", which is one of the most fundamental principles on which the rule of law is based on, as it establishes the Confidence of citizens in state institutions, which called for by most of the international and regional covenants.

It is the same thing that the Algerian constitutional founder and legislator explicitly adopted when adopting the principle of judicial, influenced by the French legal system, by giving the Administrative judge a fundamental role to perpetuate the state of law, as he has a special legal system that guarantees his organic independence from the rest of the authorities, and he also has several exclusive powers, in view for the privacy of administrative disputes and the procedures that govern them.
